A petty clerk in a small town was caught redhanded while accepting a small sum of Rupees 50/-(about 10 dollars)as a bribe to make some illegal transfer.A very highly placed and top most executive in a prestigious department was caught redhanded while accepting a sum of Rupees twenty million(about .4 million dollars)as a bribe for giving sanction to open a medical college.This officer possesses tons of gold and astounding amount of money in cash.The petty clerk was charged ,convicted and was imprisoned for couple of years.The officer is arrested and released on bail.The court matter will continue for years and the officer may manage things in such a way that he may come out scot free!Who is to blame more ? The petty clerk or the officer ? Unfortunately people at high places are experts to manipulate things.There is a link between the politicians,builders,government officers,land mafias who amass unthinkable amount of money.The toppers are free,the bottomers are hanged!
